Jordan Burns

Role: IT Recruitment Consultant.

Specialist Areas: Frontend, UX / UI and Mobile Development.

My Background: I began my career in retail working part time along my studies. I then progressed to management for a short stint before making the change to start a career in recruitment in the Belfast technology sector. My passion for the technology sector has been evident from an early age, studying Information Technology for both GCSE and A Level.

Education: BSc Business Economics / MSc Business Development and Innovation.

I studied at Ulster University for 5 years, completing both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ulster. During my time there I gained valuable experiences and knowledge, while making lifelong friends along the way.

Hobbies: A major hobby of mine is travelling and holidays – I book holidays as much as possible! I enjoy and follow most sports – hard time being a Manchester United supporter, so I have now shifted to many other sports! I love binge watching TV shows and could easily finish a season of any worthy show within a day!
